  • Full-time Overview Join our dynamic team as an Equipment Operator/Laborer!
In this vital role, you'll operate a variety of machinery to support excavation and landscaping projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality. Your mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience will help keep projects moving forward smoothly. Responsibilities Safely operate heavy equipment including excavators, dozers, dump trucks, to perform various excavation tasks. Assist with site preparation, grading, excavation, and material handling to meet project specifications. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met. Follow all safety protocols and procedures while working on active construction sites. Collaborate with team members to coordinate equipment use and project timelines efficiently. Support the setup and breakdown of construction sites by moving materials and equipment as needed. Maintain accurate logs of equipment usage, inspections, and maintenance activities. Experience Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders and dump trucks. Mechanical knowledge of heavy machinery maintenance and troubleshooting. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred for operating certain vehicles like dump trucks. Construction site experience demonstrating familiarity with safety standards and operational procedures. Hands-on experience with heavy equipment is highly desirable.
