We restore things. And we move fast. W&K Restoration is a growing, vertically integrated restoration company based in Connecticut — and we're looking for a hands-on tradesperson who knows their way around a jobsite and takes real pride in the work they leave behind.
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING
Sheetrock — hanging, taping, finishing Interior painting — walls, trim, doors Carpentry — framing, trim, doors, molding Flooring installation — hardwood, LVP, tile Demo and debris removal Work orders from start to punch list
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
2+ years of hands-on experience in at least two trades (sheetrock, painting, carpentry, flooring — not just demo) Can read a scope of work and execute independently without being walked through every step Valid CT driver's license — you'll be driving a company truck to job sites daily Your own hand tools; we supply the heavy stuff and specialty equipment You show up on time, take care of company equipment, and leave the job cleaner than you found it Comfortable working in occupied residential units and interacting professionally with homeowners
