Job Responsibilities (May Vary by Role) Laborers Assist with construction tasks including digging, lifting, and material handling Operate hand and power tools under supervision Load and unload materials from trucks Measure, cut, and assemble materials as directed Maintain tools and equipment Follow all safety procedures on the job site Operators Operate a variety of construction equipment including skid steers, rollers, excavators, loaders, and backhoes Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment Work with ground crews to ensure project accuracy and efficiency Qualifications Experience in construction is a plus but not required - we'll train the right candidates Experience operating heavy equipment or driving trucks (for applicable roles) Familiarity with tools and construction safety practices Strong work ethic and a team-first mindset Natural gas experience is a bonus How to
