Job Summary Join our dynamic event rental team as an Event Rental Crew Member / General Labor! In this energetic role, you will be the backbone of our event operations, assisting with the setup, breakdown, and transportation of event equipment and supplies. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure each event runs smoothly, creating memorable experiences for clients and guests alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop skills in events management, customer service, and manual handling while working in a lively outdoor or indoor environment. Duties Deliver and pick up tables, chairs, Bounce houses, tents, etc. Set up and break down event spaces according to client specifications and safety standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas and event sites before, during, and after events Load and unload trucks Support guest services by providing directions, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience for clients and attendees Follow safety protocols diligently during all manual handling tasks and outdoor work activities What we're looking for: Dependable and punctual Comfortable with physically demanding work Able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. Willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Able to work independently and as part of a team Flexible availability, including some early mornings, evenings and weekends Driving experience is a plus. Applicants with a valid driver's license, clean driving record and experience driving box trucks or similar commercial vehicles are strongly encouraged to apply.
Schedule:
This is a part-time, seasonal position with a variable schedule based on our event workload. Shifts may range from shorter delivery/setup days to 8-12+ hour event-installation days. Weekly hours and days worked will vary. This position is a good fit for someone looking for part-time work who is comfortable with a schedule that changes from week to week.
Pay:
$18-$20 per hour Starting pay is based on experience, availability, driving ability and relevant event-rental or construction experience.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week
