Construction Laborer New London County Septic Service Ledyard, CT Full-Time Pay:
Based on Experience Join Our Team New London County Septic Service is a growing, family-owned septic and excavation company serving Southeastern Connecticut. We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in their work and want to build a long-term career in the construction industry. Previous construction experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities As a Construction Laborer, you will work with a team to install and repair residential and commercial septic systems.
Daily responsibilities may include:
Assisting with septic system installations and repairs Installing pipe, tanks, distribution boxes, and drainage materials Grading, raking, shoveling, and general site cleanup Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment Safely using hand and power tools Assisting equipment operators on job sites Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment Following instructions from supervisors and crew leaders Working safely and efficiently as part of a team Requirements & Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required Construction experience is preferred but not required Ability to work well with others in a team environment Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physically demanding work Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to work safely while following company safety procedures Pay & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid holidays Paid time off Company retirement match Annual Uniform Allowance Annual boot reimbursement Modern, well-maintained equipment Year-round employment Opportunities for advancement and continued training Why Work With Us?
