In Person - Pawcatuck, CT Job Description Cherenzia Excavation is seeking a hardworking and dependable Excavation Laborer to join our site development team. This position involves assisting equipment operators, performing general site work, and supporting excavation and utility installation projects. Responsibilities Assist with site preparation, excavation, backfilling, and cleanup Perform manual digging and trench work as needed Assist equipment operators and act as a spotter Assist with pipe and utility installation Check grades using laser levels and grade rods Load, unload, and move construction materials Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment Follow all company, OSHA, and job-site safety requirements Qualifications Valid driver's license required Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work well as part of a team Ability to perform physical labor and lift 50-100 lbs.
