Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Restoration Mason and Construction Laborer, where you'll play a vital role in revitalizing and restoring Masonry buildings, Structures and Monuments. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects involving the architectural restoration and general construction tasks needed to transform outdated, weathered, and damaged structures to their former glory. Ideal candidates are motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to develop in-demand skills in a fast-paced construction setting. With a rewarding sense of accomplishment knowing that you are an essential part of preserving history. Duties Maintain the cleanliness and organization of jobsites. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to perform demolition, framing, or restoration tasks Perform masonry work including tuckpointing, brick and stone laying, masonry cleaning, patching, and repairs on architectural building facades Apply sealants, coatings, flashings, and water repellant to ensure durability and weather resistance Assist with demolition, site cleanup, and preparation for all projects Follow safety protocols on-site while operating heavy equipment or handling hazardous materials Qualifications Prior experience in construction sites or related fields preferred but not required; training provided for motivated learners Knowledge of basic construction Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively Strong understanding of construction safety standards and protocols Basic carpentry skills Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills in the masonry restoration industry Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to restoring structures with precision and craftsmanship!
