Job Summary This hands‑on, fully outdoor role involves excavation, site preparation, and assisting with all phases of in‑ground pool installation. We're looking for reliable, hard‑working team players who take pride in their work. Responsibilities Operate excavators and related equipment Perform excavation, grading, and site prep Assist with pool layout and installation Work outdoors in seasonal conditions Support a safe, efficient, team‑focused jobsite Requirements Excavator experience required Prior swimming pool excavation or similar site‑work preferred Ability to perform physical outdoor labor Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Schedule & Pay 45-55 hours per week Overtime paid after 40 hours Weekly pay plus eligible for annual performance bonuses Growth & Benefits Excellent opportunities for advancement Employer‑sponsored training and certification programs Join a stable, growing company with decades of industry experience
