We're looking for individuals with experience assisting excavation, grading, utility, and other site work crews who take pride in working safely and contributing to a productive jobsite. Whether your experience is in excavation, earthwork, utility installation, grading, demolition, material handling, or general site labor, we have opportunities to help you grow your career.

Responsibilities:

Assist excavation, grading, utility, and other site work crews on active construction projects Perform general site preparation, excavation support, trenching, backfilling, and earthwork tasks Move, stage, and organize materials, tools, and equipment throughout the jobsite Assist with installation and maintenance of underground utilities, drainage systems, and site infrastructure Support grading, compaction, site preparation, and other earthwork operations Safely operate hand tools and power tools Load and unload deliveries and maintain organized material staging areas Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and general labor to maintain a safe and productive work environment Follow all OSHA regulations and jobsite safety procedures Complete additional tasks as assigned to keep projects moving efficiently

Qualifications:

1+ years of commercial, industrial, residential, or site construction experience preferred Experience with excavation, earthwork, utility installation, grading, demolition, or general site labor is a plus Comfortable using common construction hand tools and power tools Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work throughout the day Reliable transportation to jobsites Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and willingness to learn OSHA 10 certification is a plus but not required Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced construction environments

Pay Range:

$20.00/hr.
