Position Overview The Landscape Construction Crew Leader is responsible for managing and leading a crew in the installation of high-quality commercial landscape construction projects from start to finish. This role is hands-on and field-based, requiring strong leadership skills, solid landscape construction knowledge, and the ability to safely and efficiently operate equipment. During the winter season, this position transitions into a Snow Removal Area Manager role, supporting snow operations and ensuring safe, well-maintained properties. Key Responsibilities- Landscape Construction Season Ability to independently lead, supervise, oversee and work alongside a landscape construction crew of 1
- 2 people Plan and execute daily work schedules to ensure efficient job progression Read and interpret landscape plans, planting specifications, details, and job specifications Operate small landscape construction equipment including skid steers, mini loaders, excavators, and other machinery Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards Train and mentor crew members on installation techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper use and storage of materials Monitor jobsite conditions and proactively resolve issues Complete daily reports including reviewing daily time sheets for accuracy, production tracking, and job notes via Aspire CRM Maintain company trucks, trailers, and equipment; report maintenance needs promptly Communicate daily with management regarding job progress, staffing, and materials Represent the company professionally with clients, inspectors, and other contractors Attend weekly Foremen & Managers Meeting and additional trainings as scheduled Key Responsibilities•Winter Snow & Ice Management Serve in a Winter Crew Leader•Sidewalk Services role during snow and ice events, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed If needed, operate snow removal equipment including plow trucks, loaders, skid steers, and snow pushers Oversee assigned snow routes, sites, or areas to ensure timely and thorough service Supervise sidewalk crew members and subcontractors during snow operations Monitor weather forecasts and respond proactively to changing conditions Perform quality control checks to ensure properties meet company and client standards Communicate with management during events regarding conditions, staffing, and site issues Assist with post-storm reporting and documentation for accurate and timely billing purposes.

Pay:
$30.00- $35.
