Job Description
The qualified applicant must have an excellent attendance record and a sense of urgency. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary. Must be able to work independently. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs, bend, reach, stand, squat, walk and climb. Responsibilities include manually picking up eggs basket (40 pounds) and placing eggs in racks of incubator carts. Work involves performing poultry related tasks in accordance with specific well-established instruction. Wash and disinfect hatchers and hatch rooms. Specialized tasks are also performed in connection with caring for poultry. Assist with specialty tasks when asked by management.
