Job Description

Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Contractor-Laborer to join our contracting team. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, primarily residential remodels, supporting skilled trades and contributing to the successful completion of construction initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and experience or interest in various aspects of contracting and general labor. Responsibilities Assist with general construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup Support skilled trades such as carpentry, roofing, flooring, painting, electrical work, masonry, plumbing, exterior services, tree services and drywall installation Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Assist with blueprint reading and schematic interpretation for various projects Perform concrete forming, finishing, and related tasks Support plumbing, electrical, and HVAC installations as needed Help with framing, door hanging, window installation, and trim carpentry Participate in demolition, restoration, and remodeling activities Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment throughout the project lifecycle Requirements 3+ years experience in construction site work or related fields is required Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction techniques Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction drawings is a plus Basic understanding of construction safety standards and procedures Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills Valid driver's license and personal vehicle Join our team to gain hands-on experience across multiple facets of construction while contributing to high-quality building projects.
