Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Previous concrete experience preferred but not required. Ability and willingness to learn through on-the-job training. Required Skills, communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to safety, reliability, punctuality, and attendance. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to use basic hand tools. Basic math skills, including reading a tape measure and performing simple calculations. Working Conditions / Physical Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 75 pounds occasionally. Frequent bending, climbing, kneeling, twisting, squatting, crawling, and repetitive hand and arm movements. Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for shifts up to 12 hours. Comfortable working at heights using ladders, scaffolding, swing stages, and man lifts. Ability to work safely in environments with moderate to high exposure to workplace hazards. Willingness to work in varying environmental conditions, including hot, cold, humid, wet, and outdoor conditions (depending on location). Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety boots, safety glasses, hearing protection, high-visibility clothing, hard hats, and other PPE as required.
Job description:
Deposit concrete into molds for production according to job specifications. Spread, level, and screed concrete to rail height to ensure proper surface alignment. Apply specified finishes to the rear face of precast panels. Monitor concrete placement to ensure consistency, quality, and proper coverage within forms. Assist with general production tasks and housekeeping to maintain safe and efficient operations. Follow all safety procedures and quality standards. Onet # 47205100
Job Salary:
$18.00/hour
Job Schedule:
Monday through Friday. Start times may vary between 6:00 AM, 8:00 AM, or 11:00 AM, based on production needs.
