The ideal candidate has strong construction experience, Leading Teams, and the ability to keep projects moving safely, professionally, and efficiently. What We Offer Monthly performance-based bonus pay Fun company events Opportunities to lead experienced installation crews A professional, team-oriented work environment Responsibilities Lead installation crews on job sites for awnings, canopies, Bahama shutters, and related products Communicate professionally with customers, office staff, shop personnel, and management Ensure installation checklists are completed for all applicable jobs Work with the management team to keep installations on schedule and within allotted labor hours Maintain a high standard of quality and inspect finished work Use and care for company tools, equipment, vehicles, and customer property responsibly Represent the company professionally and set a strong leadership example Travel and work overtime as needed to complete installations Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of construction experience leading crews Experience installing awnings, canopies, Bahama shutters, or similar exterior products preferred Proficient with boom lifts, telehandlers, and forklifts Strong communication and problem-solving skills Assertive, action-oriented, and team-focused Quality-conscious and detail-oriented Valid, insurable Florida Driver's License required
