In this role, you will be an essential part of our construction projects, assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Your enthusiasm and willingness to learn will help drive our projects forward while maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Responsibilities Assist with the loading, unloading, and transportation of materials and equipment on construction sites Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary tools and supplies Support skilled tradespeople by handing tools and materials as needed Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members Perform general site cleanup to keep the work area tidy and hazard-free Help with the assembly and disassembly of temporary structures or scaffolding Carry out additional tasks assigned by supervisors to support project timelines Skills Experience in the metal fabrication industry is a plus but not required Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration Good communication skills to understand instructions clearly Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks on-site Basic understanding of construction site safety procedures Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this roleJoin us as a Construction Laborer and be part of a dedicated team committed to building quality structures while advancing your career in the construction industry!
