Full-time Job Description We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Vehicle Wrap Installer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, cutting, and applying vinyl wraps to a wide variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, vans, boats, and commercial fleets. You will work in a clean, modern, and fully air-conditioned facility, ensuring a comfortable working environment year-round. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, takes pride in flawless execution, and works well under deadlines. Key Responsibilities Prepare vehicle surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, decontaminating, and removing hardware as needed. Install vinyl graphics and full or partial wraps on various vehicle types with precision. Utilize specialized tools such as heat guns/torches, squeegees, and knifeless tape safely and effectively. Post-heat installed vinyl to manufacture specifications to prevent lifting and failure. Maintain quality control by identifying and fixing bubbles, wrinkles, or lifting before delivery. Keep shop organized and assist with maintaining a clean, dust-free installation environment. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience wrapping vehicles with major vinyl brands (Avery, 3M, Orafol etc.). Expert blade handling and precise cutting skills to prevent damage to vehicle paint. Strong understanding of vinyl stretch limits, compound curves, and recess channels. Excellent attention to alignment, pattern matching, and seamless finishes.
