Paid training and ongoing development are provided to help you succeed! Duties Assist with concrete mixing, pouring, finishing, and cutting to ensure smooth and durable surfaces. Support rebar installation and concrete formwork construction following blueprint specifications and technical drawings. Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and concrete pumps safely and efficiently on-site. Help with masonry, plastering, flooring installation, and renovation tasks to meet project standards. Follow all construction workplace safety regulations and safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure environment. Interpret construction plans and blueprints accurately to support project execution. Perform heavy lifting and manual labor required for site preparation, material handling, and cleanup. Experience Prior experience working on construction projects or in a construction workplace environment is highly preferred. Knowledge of mechanical systems, construction estimating basics, or blueprint reading is a plus. Familiarity with concrete forming, finishing techniques, and rebar installation enhances your suitability for this role. Hands-on experience operating power tools, heavy machinery, or performing masonry work is advantageous. Understanding of safety regulations specific to construction sites ensures compliance and safe operations. Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately supports precise execution of tasks.
