Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Laborer/Helper to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting various construction, maintenance, or industrial projects by assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring smooth daily operations. Your energy and willingness to learn will help drive project success and contribute to a safe, efficient work environment. Responsibilities Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials, tools, and equipment to designated work areas Support skilled workers by preparing work sites, including cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to prevent accidents and injuries Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision, ensuring proper usage and maintenance Help with site cleanup and disposal of debris to keep the work area tidy and compliant with safety standards Support the team in setting up scaffolding, barricades, or other temporary structures as needed Perform routine tasks such as digging trenches, mixing materials, or assisting with minor repairs under guidance Experience Previous experience in construction, landscaping, warehouse work, or similar manual labor roles is preferred but not required Ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively as part of a team Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform strenuous activities for extended periods Basic understanding of safety procedures related to construction or industrial environments Willingness to learn new skills and take on diverse responsibilities in a fast-paced setting This role is ideal for individuals eager to build a foundation in the trades while contributing actively to meaningful projects. Pay:
$100.00 - $219.07 per day
