Job Description

Site Work Laborer
  • Job Description A Site Work Laborer performs physical tasks on construction sites, supporting skilled trades and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely.
This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions and assisting with a wide range of site preparation and construction activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with site preparation, including clearing land, digging trenches, and grading surfaces Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment Operate basic hand tools and power tools as directed Support heavy equipment operators and skilled trades (e.g., concrete workers, pipe layers) Install underground utilities such as drainage, water, and sewer lines Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing debris and hazards Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective equipment (PPE) Perform other general labor duties as assigned by supervisors
