Position Summary United Plumbing is seeking experienced New Construction Plumbing Helpers to join our team in Fort Myers. This role supports plumbers throughout new construction projects, including underground, second rough, and trim phases. We're looking for dependable helpers who understand new construction plumbing work, have their own tools, and are prepared to follow the direction of the plumber they are working with. What You'll Do Assist plumbers with new construction plumbing work Support underground plumbing work Assist with second rough plumbing work Assist with trim-phase plumbing work Use your own tools to perform assigned work Follow the instructions and direction of the plumber you are working with Support the plumbing team throughout assigned new construction projects What Success Looks Like Assigned plumbing work is completed according to the direction of the plumber Underground, second rough, and trim work is supported effectively Instructions are followed consistently Tools are available and ready for assigned work Dependable support is provided throughout new construction projects Required Qualifications Knowledge of new construction plumbing work, including underground, second rough, and trim Must have your own tools Ability and willingness to follow the instructions of the plumber you are working with Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working on active construction jobsites Previous experience supporting plumbers or other skilled trades Familiarity with construction-site safety practices What We Offer Competitive pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan Paid time off and paid holidays Career development and growth opportunities United Plumbing and Seacoast Service Partners are Equal Opportunity Employers.
