Concrete Laborer- Job Overview A laborer supports projects by performing a variety of physical labor tasks. This includes assisting with site preparation, handling materials, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and following the direction of the site foreman and superintendent to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to company standards.

Key Requirements:

Site Preparation:

Assist in setting up forms and other related physical tasks.

Material Handling:

Load, unload, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment as needed.

Support Work :

Perform general construction support activities as directed by the lead carpenter, foreman, or superintendent to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution.

Jobsite Maintenance :

Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from hazards.

Safety Compliance :

Wear required PPE, report hazards, and follow all company safety rules and procedures.

Other Duties :

Perform all other duties as assigned
