• Banner FL, United States Be the First to Apply Job Description SUMMARY Mortenson is currently seeking a Solar Laborer Lead that will be responsible for the preparation, handling, and supplying of materials to be used by other crafts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures Supervise and coordinate activities of laborers and their assigned roles Interpret specifications, blueprints and job orders Interpret company policies to workers and enforce safety regulations Establish and adjust work sequences to meet construction schedule, using knowledge capacities of equipment and assigned personnel Study/analyze in schedules and estimate worker-hour requirements for completion of job Analyze and resolve work problems Maintain time records Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum three years of related solar experience Leadership or Foreman experience Strong teamwork orientation; positive attitude and professional customer service skills; detail orientation; active listening skills and effective communication, including an openness to diverse input and feedback Repetitive hand, arm, leg movements

• Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling: up to 50 lbs.
