Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Installer / Construction Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas: Metal or wood framing Drywall installation Light construction Wood installation and finish work Acoustic panels Acoustic wall and ceiling treatments Fabric-wrapped acoustic panels Architectural wall coverings and specialty materials Experience specifically with acoustic materials is preferred but not required . Candidates with strong experience in drywall, framing, carpentry, millwork, or similar construction trades who are willing to learn acoustic installation are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Install acoustic wall and ceiling panels according to plans and specifications. Perform framing, drywall, wood, and light construction work as required. Measure, cut, fit, and install different construction and acoustic materials. Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Read basic construction drawings, measurements, and installation layouts. Maintain clean and organized work areas. Protect finished surfaces and materials during installation. Work closely with supervisors and other installers to complete projects on schedule. Follow company safety procedures and jobsite requirements. Travel to different project locations throughout Miami-Dade and Broward County when required. Qualifications Previous construction or installation experience required. Experience with drywall, metal framing, wood framing, carpentry, millwork, acoustic panels, or architectural finishes strongly preferred. Ability to accurately use a tape measure and basic construction tools. Comfortable working with ladders and performing physical construction work. Ability to lift and carry construction materials. Attention to detail and quality workmanship. Reliable transportation preferred. Valid driver's license preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
