$18-22 + per hour (Based on experience) + Overtime Available Job Description John's Plumbing is looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our Tunnel Crew. Our team hand-digs tunnels beneath residential homes to allow our plumbing crews to replace underground sewer and water lines without damaging floors. This is physically demanding work and is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a professional team. Experience is preferred but we are willing to train motivated candidates with a strong work ethic. Responsibilities Hand dig tunnels beneath residential homes. Remove dirt using buckets, wheelbarrows, and other equipment. Set up and maintain safe excavation work areas. Work alongside plumbers during underground repairs. Operate shovels, jackhammers, demolition tools, and other construction equipment. Load and unload materials and equipment.
