The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support our operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. •Please keep in mind that this a very physically demanding job that is outside with no shade. Periodically you will work in the warehouse where the temperature fluctuates with the outside environment. -YOU

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG TEST

Duties Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas to ensure a safe and organized environment. Operate hand tools and power tools as required for specific tasks. Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols at all times. Participate in team meetings. Support skilled tradespeople in their duties as needed, providing assistance with various tasks on-site. Requirements A plus if you already know different metals MUST be able to work outside in all weather conditions. Previous experience in labor or construction-related fields is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety practices. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions effectively.
