Skilled Laborer - Hotel Renovations Project Specialists SMR Hotel - 4.5 Lakeland, FL Job Details Full-time $16 - $19 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Construction painting Pool maintenance Attention to detail Power tools Hand tools Full Job Description Hotel Property presently undergoing renovations and is seeking a Skilled Laborer with hands-on experience in property improvement projects. We are looking for someone dependable, detail oriented, and capable of completing quality work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Install and repair carpet, tile, and drywall Perform commercial painting and surface preparation Assist with general renovation and maintenance projects Ensure all work areas are kept clean and safe Work with management and contractors to complete scheduled upgrades Assist with pool maintenance & repairs
Qualifications:
Proven experience in one of the following: flooring, tile, drywall or painting Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Pool maintenance experience is a plus Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs If you take pride in skilled craftsmanship and want to help improve our property, we'd love to hear form you!
