Prior experience not needed as candidate will be trained on site if necessary. Responsibilities Assist with the installation of piping, insulation, and duct work. Operate heavy equipment and machinery such as concrete mixers, pumps, and scaffolding safely and efficiently Conduct heavy lifting and material handling to move supplies around the site efficiently Requirements Mechanical knowledge related to power tools and hand tools. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in physically demanding environments Hardworking attitude Valid driver's license Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills in renovation, restoration, or specialized trades like welding or ductwork.
