With a strong focus on construction dewatering, the company specializes in serving the civil, dewatering, and environmental engineering needs of the South Florida construction market. We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Laborer - Dewatering Tech to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist with groundwater dewatering operations, supporting the installation and maintenance of dewatering systems on construction sites. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of impactful projects that help shape South Florida's skyline. Assist in setting up, operating, and maintaining dewatering equipment such as pumps, wells, and filtration systems. Support excavation and site preparation activities related to dewatering operations. Conduct routine inspections of dewatering systems to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance. Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members. Help with site cleanup, material handling, and logistical support as needed. Collaborate with supervisors and engineers to execute project tasks efficiently. Document work activities and report any issues or equipment malfunctions promptly. Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods. Prior experience in construction or environmental services is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and attention to detail. Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately. Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Reliable transportation with a good driving record
