In this energetic role, you will be an essential part of remodeling and renovation efforts, working alongside skilled tradespeople to deliver high-quality results on time and within scope. Your hands-on expertise will contribute to creating functional, beautiful environments for our clients. Duties Assist with demolition, framing, drywall installation, and finishing to prepare spaces for remodeling projects Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to perform tasks such as cutting, sanding, and assembling materials Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to understand project specifications and ensure accurate execution Install flooring, tile, cabinetry, doors, windows, stucco, trim carpentry, and other finish elements with precision Support concrete forming, finishing, masonry work, roofing tasks, and heavy equipment operation as needed Perform construction site inspections to ensure safety standards are maintained and quality benchmarks are met Assist with plumbing and electrical tasks under supervision while adhering to schematics and technical instructions Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials regularly throughout the project lifecycle Qualifications Prior experience in construction or remodeling projects is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hands-on work is essential Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and basic construction equipment Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Knowledge of various construction trades including carpentry, masonry, roofing, drywall finishing, flooring installation, tile laying, plastering, caulking, glass installation, cabinet installation, framing carpentry, door hanging, painting, concrete finishing, welding, restoration work and hardscape projects Strong attention to safety protocols and ability to work effectively in a team environment Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks such as lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods Valid driver's license is a plus; willingness to learn new skills related to construction management and estimating is encouraged Join us in building exceptional spaces!
