In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for professionally applying vinyl wrap to kitchen cabinet doors, drawer fronts, panels, and other cabinetry surfaces. We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, strong hands-on skills, and the ability to produce clean, precise, professional finishes. Experience with vinyl wrapping, cabinet refacing, woodworking, finish carpentry, or similar installation work is highly valued. Responsibilities Prepare cabinet doors, drawer fronts, panels, and cabinet surfaces through thorough cleaning, degreasing, sanding, and surface preparation to ensure proper vinyl adhesion. Remove and reinstall cabinet doors, drawer fronts, handles, hinges, and hardware as required. Accurately measure and cut vinyl materials according to cabinet dimensions and project specifications. Apply architectural vinyl wrap smoothly using professional tools, including squeegees, knives, heat guns, and other installation equipment. Properly wrap cabinet edges, corners, recessed areas, and detailed surfaces to achieve a clean and seamless appearance. Identify and correct bubbles, wrinkles, lifting edges, imperfections, and other installation issues. Perform minor cabinet surface repairs and preparation when necessary before vinyl installation. Maintain consistency in vinyl direction, pattern, texture, and alignment throughout the kitchen. Protect countertops, floors, appliances, walls, and surrounding areas during installation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace throughout each project. Inspect completed work to ensure high-quality standards before project completion. Work efficiently with team members to meet project schedules and customer expectations. Qualifications Previous experience with vinyl wrapping, architectural vinyl installation, cabinet refacing, cabinetry, woodworking, finish carpentry, or similar trades is preferred. Experience installing vinyl on kitchen cabinets is highly preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise finish work. Ability to accurately measure, cut, trim, and install vinyl materials. Comfortable using heat guns, utility knives, squeegees, sanders, drills, and common hand and power tools. Understanding of proper surface preparation and adhesive installation techniques. Ability to remove and reinstall cabinet doors, hinges, handles, and hardware. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to safely lift and handle cabinet doors, materials, tools, and equipment. Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to producing professional-quality results. Reliable, punctual, organized, and able to maintain a professional attitude in customers' homes.
