Construction Worker

Duties Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites, including moving materials and equipment. Operate hand tools and power tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately and efficiently. Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials as needed. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met while maintaining quality standards. Skills & Requirements Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). Basic knowledge of construction practices and tools is preferred but not required. Experience in concrete, framing, or roofing is required. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Must have reliable transportation to job sites. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Good communication skills to interact with supervisors and co-workers. Attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on the job site. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
