South Florida Schedule:

Primarily Mon-Fri, 7 am-4 pm, with some weekends and occasional evenings for special projects. Hours vary.

Location:

Travel to job sites across South Florida. Mileage is reimbursed for travel between job sites during the same workday.

About the role:

This is a floater role covering post-construction cleaning and general janitorial work at commercial buildings and public facilities. You'll fill open shifts, support crews, run supply and equipment errands, and lead crews when assigned.

Core responsibilities:

Complete post-construction and janitorial work to the checklist standard at assigned sites. Remove trash and debris; clean interior sliding glass doors and windows. Clean and disinfect kitchens, bathrooms, fixtures, appliances, and cabinets. Sweep, vacuum, and mop all rooms, terraces, and closets. Dust and wipe hard surfaces, window sills, and HVAC vents. Remove protective coverings and labels from fixtures and surfaces.

Floater and errand duties:

Cover open shifts and fill in at sites where crew members are absent. Pick up and deliver supplies and equipment between the warehouse and job sites. Perform site-prep and close-out tasks as assigned (staging, walkthroughs, punch-list touch-ups). Complete the daily job log, photo documentation, and punch-in/out in the company app at every site. Crew lead duties (when assigned): Brief the crew on the day's sites, scope, and priorities before work begins. Check work against the checklist and flag re-clean items before the client walkthrough. Escalate client complaints and site problems to the Project Coordinator the same day. Track crew punctuality and checklist completion and report them weekly.
