Responsibilities • Overall assistance with completion of projects • Manual labor (use of shovels, lifting materials, job site cleanup, demolition, use of power tools, loading/unloading materials, digging trenches, etc.) • Assist with plumbing of pool and equipment • Assist with prep of pools for plaster • Installation of equipment • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper disposal of debris • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding their projects • Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and industry regulations. Qualifications •

Experience & Technical Knowledge:

An understanding of pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, chlorination & salt systems, electrical components, and basic plumbing is not required but is a plus! •

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, squat, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. •

Soft Skills:

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, professionalism, and exceptional customer communication skills. •

Independence:

Ability to manage a daily schedule, work independently, and complete multiple service tasks efficiently.
