Job Description:

We are a fast-growing window cleaning company looking for motivated, dependable individuals who take pride in their work and want to earn strong weekly income. This is not an entry-level "just show up" job — we are looking for people who are consistent, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently. You will be responsible for driving to customers' homes and completing professional window cleaning services using our deionized water system. Most days consist of 2-3 jobs , and quality of work is critical.

Compensation:

$800 - $1,250+ per week (based on performance) Gas reimbursment Top performers consistently earn on the higher end Opportunity for increased responsibility and higher pay over time

What You'll Do:

Drive company routes and complete scheduled jobs on time Perform high-quality window cleaning (interior/exterior) Work independently with minimal supervision Communicate professionally with homeowners Maintain equipment and keep work vehicle organized

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with clean driving record Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to work outdoors in heat and humidity Physically capable of handling ladders and equipment Strong attention to detail Must be dependable and consistent Preferred Experience (Not Required): Window cleaning, pressure washing, or exterior cleaning General labor or hands-on work Customer service experience

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:00 AM start time (must be punctual) Occasional weekend work available
