- Assist with loading and unloading construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Prepare and clean construction sites before, during, and after projects.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
- Support skilled trades workers, including carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and concrete workers.
- Dig trenches, backfill holes, and compact earth as needed.
- Move materials and supplies to designated work areas.
- Assemble and dismantle temporary structures, scaffolding, and barricades.
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Remove debris and hazardous materials from job sites.
- Perform demolition, site preparation, and general cleanup duties.
