Job Description
Job Summary Company known for integrity, honesty and honoring God is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work alone or with team on-site. Ability to lead team is a bonus. Responsibilities Complete construction tasks, including framing, painting, drywall installation, and finishing work. Perform general labor duties such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and cleaning job sites. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Load and unload materials from trucks and prepare them for use on-site. Help set up scaffolding and other temporary structures as needed. Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly. Experience Previous experience in construction is required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is a plus. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Strong physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform strenuous tasks for extended periods.
