Job Description

Pool and Spa Solutions is hiring crew members for pool construction. This is a hands-on, physical job — we're building pools from the ground up. We work in Sarasota and North Port, with projects from St. Petersburg down to Fort Myers. If you're outside that range but willing to travel, still apply. This is as-needed work with potential to grow for the right person. Pay is per job completed — $150 to $300 depending on experience and complexity. Jobs typically take one full day. We only want people who've done this before — no training provided.
You need to know:
excavation and grading, steel and plumbing rough-in, concrete shell work (gunite/shotcrete experience helpful), and how to work in a crew without being told every step. Showing up on time and being reliable matters.
