This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in the aluminum trades and general construction while working on exciting projects, residential and some commercial. Whether you're just starting out or have some experience, you'll be an essential part of a motivated crew dedicated to quality craftsmanship and safety. We believe in paying all team members fairly for their contributions and providing a supportive environment that fosters growth and teamwork. Duties Assist with the installation, maintenance and repair of aluminum structures, screen enclosures, gutters, fascia, soffit and fencing, on various construction sites Support the erection of metal buildings by handling framing, metal stud framing, and schematics interpretation under supervision Help with concrete and rebar installation to ensure durable and precise results Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and basic machinery safely and efficiently Follow schematics, and instructions to ensure accurate assembly and installation of building components Participate in site cleanup, material handling, and ensuring safety protocols are maintained throughout each project Requirements Ability to work in the extreme heat is a must Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, lifting throughout the workday Prior experience in construction site work or related trades is a plus but not mandatory; we welcome eager learners! Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces as needed Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and equipment operation is a plus Knowledge of schematics interpretation, and construction safety standards is highly desirable Strong work ethic with a positive attitude; willingness to learn new skills on the job Join us to build a rewarding career where your hands-on skills make a real impact! Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
