• $60,000 We are looking for an experienced Crew Lead to join our floor removal and concrete prep team.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows the work, can run the equipment, and keeps jobs moving safely and efficiently. What You'll Do Lead daily operations on commercial and residential projects Operate and oversee use of specialized equipment including shot blasters, concrete shavers, grinders, hippo mixers, and scarifiers Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance on equipment Ensure quality workmanship and productivity Coordinate with crew members and communicate progress to supervisors Load/unload equipment and materials; safely tow trailers What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of hands-on floor removal experience Proven experience operating shot blasters, concrete shavers, grinders, hippo mixers, and scarifiers Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record Experience driving trucks and towing trailers No felony record Must live in Hillsborough, Pinellas, or Pasco County Preferred (but not required): Bilingual (English/Spanish) Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay: $50,000
