We are looking for an individual with general construction experience to perform facility renovations . Duties Prepare and setup of construction project, including unloading materials and organizing tools Operate hand tools, and power tools, and heavy equipment safely to perform tasks such as framing, cutting, sheet rock, and finishing Light Electrical experience Plumbing experience Follow all safety protocols and workplace safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for everyone on site. Requirements Minimum of 3 years proven construction experience or background working on construction projects. Mechanical knowledge related to tools, equipment operation, and construction techniques. Experience with heavy lifting, equipment operation, carpentry, and renovation projects is advantageous Strong understanding of construction workplace safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as heavy lifting and extended periods of standing or walking Attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills and following instructions

Pay:

$28.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
