Operations Laborer

Position:

Operations Laborer/Equipment Operator Support Position Overview Gypsum to Gypsum is seeking a dependable laborer to assist with daily operations involving industrial materials, heavy equipment, and site logistics. This role requires someone who can safely work around machinery and trucks while maintaining equipment, monitoring operations, and proactively identifying and resolving issues that may impact workflow or safety. Key Responsibilities Assist in the operation and maintenance of processing equipment and site machinery. Monitor equipment and work areas to identify operational issues or safety concerns. Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and basic maintenance of machinery and tools. Work safely around heavy machinery, loaders, trucks, and other industrial vehicles. Load, move, and handle materials as required for daily operations. Communicate equipment problems or operational inefficiencies to supervisors. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow all site safety procedures and operational guidelines. Qualifications Ability to safely work around heavy equipment and moving vehicles. Mechanical awareness and basic understanding of machinery operation. Strong attention to safety and situational awareness. Ability to identify problems and take initiative to address or report them. Reliable work ethic and ability to perform physically demanding tasks. Ability to work consistently in an industrial or outdoor environment. Preferred Experience Experience operating or working around loaders, conveyors, or industrial equipment. Previous work in construction, material processing, recycling, or industrial operations. Basic mechanical or maintenance skills. Physical Requirements Ability to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor. Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods. Comfortable working around loud equipment and moving vehicles. Pay:

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
