Responsibilities Assist with the setup and dismantling of formwork and concrete molds according to blueprints and specifications Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to support various construction tasks Perform heavy lifting of materials such as rebar, concrete forms, and masonry components to ensure efficient workflow Support concrete pouring, finishing, cutting, and pumping activities to achieve smooth surfaces and structural integrity Read and interpret construction plans, technical drawings, and blueprint specifications accurately for task execution Install rebar reinforcement and perform masonry work including plastering, flooring installation, and hardscape features Follow all safety protocols and workplace safety regulations diligently to maintain a secure job site environment Skills Mechanical knowledge relevant to construction tools and equipment operation Construction estimating skills for understanding project scope and resource needs (nice-to-have) Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings for precise execution Experience with concrete forming, concrete finishing, cutting, pouring, pumping, and rebar installation Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations to ensure compliance at all times Ability to operate heavy machinery such as concrete mixers, pumps, or other heavy equipment safely Skilled in carpentry, masonry, flooring installation, plastering, renovation work, and working on diverse construction projects Familiarity with construction plans and technical specifications for accurate task completion Comfort with heavy lifting tasks and working on active construction sites under safety guidelines Join us in building exceptional structures while advancing your career in the vibrant world of construction!
