Job Description

Brock Built seeks a Skilled Laborer to support homebuilding across our metro Atlanta communities. In this field role, you'll assist superintendents and trade partners with site prep, material handling, basic carpentry, cleanup, and punch-out tasks to keep jobsites safe, organized, and on schedule. You'll help maintain quality standards, follow safety procedures, and support final walkthrough and warranty work. Join a collaborative, community-focused team building walkable, amenity-rich neighborhoods while gaining hands-on experience in residential construction and development. Responsibilities Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and daily jobsite organization Support basic carpentry, framing, and light finish tasks as directed Handle and stage materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and company standards Assist superintendents and trade partners to keep projects on schedule Perform punch-out, touch-up, and minor warranty repair tasks Help maintain home and community quality standards during construction Communicate job progress and issues to supervisors promptly Support final walkthrough preparations and homeowner-ready presentation Collaborate with team members to uphold Brock Built's craftsmanship and community-focused values Required Skills Framing and basic carpentry Use of hand and power tools Jobsite cleanup and organization Material handling and staging Reading basic construction plans Concrete and grading support Safety procedures and PPE use Minor drywall and paint prep Punch-out and warranty support Communication with supervisors and trades
