Construction Worker

Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and setup of construction sites, including clearing debris and organizing materials Operate power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to perform tasks such as framing, roofing, masonry, and concrete finishing Install rebar, metal studs, and other structural components following schematics and blueprints accurately Mix, pour, and finish concrete for foundations, slabs, walkways, and other structures using concrete mixers and pumps Read blueprints and schematics to interpret project requirements for framing, drywall, stucco, or renovation work Perform demolition, restoration, or renovation tasks with precision to meet project specifications Execute specialized tasks such as tile laying, flooring installation, plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, or metal stud framing as needed Operate heavy machinery like cranes or excavators when required for large-scale projects Ensure all work complies with safety protocols and construction standards at all times Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate power tools and heavy equipment confidently Proven experience in construction site work with a solid understanding of blueprint reading and schematics Expertise in concrete forming, finishing, pouring, and concrete pumping techniques Skilled in masonry work including bricklaying, stucco application, and tile installation Proficiency in carpentry disciplines such as framing, trim carpentry, restoration, roofing, and metal stud framing Knowledge of construction estimating processes to assist in project planning and material procurement Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during installation tasks Familiarity with construction safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Experience operating heavy machinery like forklifts or cranes; commercial driving skills are a plus Ability to read technical drawings including schematics for electrical or plumbing systems Join our team if you're passionate about building excellence!
