Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Paving Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in assisting with paving projects, ensuring smooth operations on construction sites, and supporting heavy equipment operation. Your energy and attention to detail will help us deliver high-quality paving solutions efficiently and safely. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in construction and heavy equipment handling while contributing to impactful infrastructure projects. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and layout of paving sites, including setting up barriers and signage for safety Support paving activities by spreading asphalt or other materials accurately and efficiently Perform utility locating to identify underground utilities before excavation or paving work begins Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times Collaborate with team members to complete tasks on schedule and meet project specifications Requirements Prior experience in construction site work or related roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Ability to operate dump trucks safely and efficiently on construction sites Basic knowledge of utility locating techniques and safety procedures Strong work ethic with a focus on safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship Physical ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions; comfortable working outdoors for extended periods Valid driver's license Join our team as a Paving Laborer and be part of a dedicated crew that builds lasting infrastructure!
