Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Residential Construction Worker and be at the forefront of transforming blueprints into beautiful, functional homes! This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on diverse residential projects, utilizing a wide range of skills from framing and carpentry to roofing and finishing. All roles are paid positions, ensuring your skills are recognized and valued from day one. Duties Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently across various residential sites. Construct and install framing, trim carpentry, doors, windows, cabinets, and flooring with attention to detail. Assist with remodeling projects by fabricating custom components and restoring existing structures as needed. Specializing in kitchen and bathroom remodeling, plumbing, and additions Qualifications Proven experience in residential construction or related fields such as carpentry, masonry, or remodeling. Familiarity with construction management software like Bluebeam is a plus. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation. Experience with plumbing, electrical work, roofing, flooring installation, tile laying, and glass or cabinet installation preferred. Ability to read technical drawings and follow safety protocols rigorously. Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving on-site. $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
