Demolition Full Job Description Position:
Construction Helper (Tile, Painting & Drywall)
Job Description:
Level Up Tile is looking for a dependable and hardworking helper to assist with residential remodeling projects including tile installation, painting, drywall repair, and general job site preparation.
Responsibilities:
Assist with tile installation, including mixing thinset, cutting tile, carrying materials, and cleaning tools. Help prepare surfaces for tile, paint, and drywall work. Assist with drywall hanging, patching, sanding, and finishing. Help with interior and exterior painting projects, including masking, rolling, brushing, and cleanup. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment. Maintain a clean and organized job site. Assist with demolition and debris removal when needed. Follow safety procedures and instructions from lead installer.
Requirements:
Construction experience preferred but willing to train the right person. Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly. Reliable transportation and punctual attendance. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be comfortable using basic hand and power tools.
