Full-Time / Part-Time Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to assist with residential and/or commercial remodeling projects. The ideal candidate will support skilled tradespeople with demolition, site preparation, material handling, cleanup, and basic construction tasks while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities Assist with demolition and removal of existing structures and materials Prepare job sites by setting up tools, equipment, and protective coverings Load, unload, and transport construction materials Operate basic hand and power tools safely Assist carpenters, painters, electricians, plumbers, and other trades as needed Perform basic construction tasks such as framing, drywall installation, painting, flooring, and cleanup Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times Dispose of debris and ensure proper material handling Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Qualifications Previous construction or remodeling experience preferred but not required Ability to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs) Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Preferred Skills Experience with drywall, painting, flooring, or carpentry Familiarity with remodeling job site procedures OSHA safety knowledge or certification Ability to read basic measurements and use common construction tools Physical Requirements Frequent standing, bending, lifting, climbing, and carrying materials Ability to work on ladders and in physically demanding environments
