Full Job Description Overview:
George Speers Masonry is hiring reliable, hard-working Masonry Laborers to support ongoing commercial and residential masonry projects. This is a physically demanding field position that offers long-term opportunities with a growing company rooted in craftsmanship and quality. All candidates must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.Key Responsibilities:
Load and unload masonry materials (brick, block, mortar, sand) Mix mortar and deliver to masons in a timely manner Operate wheelbarrows, buckets, scaffolding, and jobsite tools Keep job site clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant Assist masons with setup and teardown of work areas Transport materials between warehouse, vendor, and job sites (if assigned a company vehicle)Required Qualifications:
Positive and "can do" outlook on work Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record (mandatory) Must be physically able to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and work outdoors Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented Experience in masonry or construction preferred but not required Must be able to work out of town as neededWhat We Offer:
