Required Screenings:
Background Checks; Motor Vehicle Record Checks. We are looking for a General Laborer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and shares our commitment to continuous improvement. This person will be responsible for performing a variety of construction, industrial, and mechanical support duties. Assisting with erection, modification, bracing, dismantling of scaffolding and other temporary structures Building, installing, maintaining, and dismantling containment systems used for blasting and coating operations Performing abrasive blasting and surface preparation activities as directed, including preparation of steel and other surfaces for protective coatings Assisting with welding, fabrication, cutting, fitting, and related repair work as required Operating construction equipment, power tools, hand tools, equipment, materials, and supplies Loading, unloading, transporting, and properly storing tools, equipment, materials, and supplies Performing excavation activities, including digging trenches, backfilling, and preparing work areas for construction and industrial projects Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following safety procedures Assisting skilled craft and field personnel with construction, blasting, coasting, welding, mechanical, scaffolding, and maintenance activities as needed Following all project specifications, work instructions, OSHA requirements, etc. Communicating regularly with supervisors and other project personnel
