Construction Worker

About us J Ayers Construction Inc. is located in Trenton, FL. Our goal is to provide superior services constructing steel buildings, all types of exterior construction and concrete slabs (ground prep, formed and poured). Successful candidates will possess a strong work ethic, ability to work in fast-paced environment with little supervision.

Responsibilities:

Arrive on time to shop, crews then depart to job sites Physical labor such as digging, lifting, carrying, and loading/unloading materials Clean up job sites and dispose of debris properly. Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.

Qualifications:

No "on-the-job" training, must have construction experience Holds valid Florida driver's license with no points Operate heavy machinery safely Operate hand and power tools, safely Follow posted safety regulations Salary will be based on level of experience.
